Rental Policies

Most properties will rent under the following guidelines:

Deposits

Upon making your reservation, we ask for 1/2 of the total immediately, and make the charge to your credit card, or by personal check (Note: Booking is not confirmed until payment is received).

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

There is a security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival by check, cashier’s check, money order or cash, and the amount varies per property.  This deposit is refundable within 60 days of your departure.

Minimums

2-3 nights minimum stay, depending on home.

3 nights minimum stay over all holiday periods.

Cancellation

60 days or more prior to arrival, a full cancellation is given to guest, less a $50 cancellation fee.

59 days or less prior to arrival, all payments are forfeited (unless property can be re-reserved).
